Payment of Expenses on Transfer. Upon the issuance of a new Note or new Notes pursuant to Section 14(d) or 14(e), the Owner and/or the Security Trustee may require from the party requesting such new Note or Notes payment of a sum sufficient to reimburse the Owner and/or the Security Trustee for, or to provide funds for, the payment of any tax or other governmental charge in connection therewith or any charges and expenses connected with such tax or other governmental charge paid or payable by the Owner or the Security Trustee.
