Common use of Payment of Expenses on Transfer Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses on Transfer. Upon the issuance of a ------------------------------- new Equipment Note or new Equipment Notes pursuant to Section 2.07 or 2.08, the Owner Trustee and/or the Indenture Trustee may require from the party requesting such new Equipment Note or Equipment Notes payment of a sum sufficient to reimburse the Owner Trustee and/or the Indenture Trustee for, or to provide funds for, the payment of any tax or other governmental charge in connection therewith or any charges and expenses connected with such tax or other governmental charge paid or payable by the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee.
