Common use of Payment of Expenses of Trust Clause in Contracts

Payment of Expenses of Trust. If and so long as a Trust is the Holder of all Debentures of a particular series, the Company covenants for the benefit of the Holders of such Debentures to pay all of the obligations, costs and expenses of such Trust in accordance with the terms of the trust agreement for said Trust and to pay the taxes of said Trust (if any) in accordance with the terms of said trust agreement in order to permit said Trust to make distributions on and redemptions of the applicable Trust Preferred Securities in accordance with the terms of said trust agreement.
