Payment of Certain Expenses by Servicer. The Servicer is entitled to receive the Basic Servicing Fee [and Additional Servicing Fees] out of collections in respect of the Receivables and other available funds, as and to the extent set forth herein and in the Further Transfer Agreements. The Servicer shall also be entitled to Investment Earnings as, and to the extent, set forth herein and in the Further Transfer Agreements. Subject to any limitations on the Servicer’s liability under this Agreement or the Further Transfer Agreements, the Servicer shall be required to pay all expenses incurred by it in connection with its activities under this Agreement and the Further Transfer Agreements (including fees and disbursements of the Issuing Entity, any trustees and independent accountants, taxes imposed on the Servicer, expenses incurred in connection with distributions and reports to holders of Securities and all other fees and expenses not expressly stated under this Agreement or the Further Transfer Agreements to be for the account of the holders of Securities).
