Payment obligations continue. No Debtor or Security Provider shall be released from the liability to make any Payment (including of default interest, which shall continue to accrue) under any Intra-Group Document by the operation of Clauses 3.1 (Restriction on Payment: Intra-Group Liabilities) and 3.2 (Permitted Payments: Intra-Group Liabilities) even if its obligation to make that Payment is restricted at any time by the terms of any of those Clauses.
