Payment Method Representations Sample Clauses
The Payment Method Representations clause defines the assurances and statements a party makes regarding the validity and authority of the payment methods they use in a transaction. Typically, this clause requires the paying party to confirm that their chosen payment method—such as a credit card, bank account, or other financial instrument—is valid, authorized for use, and has sufficient funds or credit. By including these representations, the clause helps prevent payment disputes and reduces the risk of failed or fraudulent transactions, ensuring smoother financial operations between the parties.
