Payment Meal Allowances. The meal allowances shall be as follows: seven dollars ($7.00) for breakfast, nine dollars ($9.00) for lunch, and thirteen dollars ($13.00) for dinner. Meal allowances shall be included in the paycheck for the first pay period after the pay period in which the allowances are earned.
