Payment for Units. The Custodian shall receive from the placement agent for the Units or from the Transfer Agent of the Company and deposit into the account of the Company such payments as are received for Units of the Company issued or sold from time to time by the Company. The Custodian will provide timely notification to the Company and the Transfer Agent of any receipt by it of payments for Units of the Company.
