Payment for the Purchase. (a) The Purchase Price for the Purchase of Receivables in existence as of the close of business on the Initial Cutoff Date (together with all Related Security and all Collections ) from an Originator (other than the Initial Contributed Receivables) shall be payable in full by Buyer to such Originator on the Initial Funding Date, and shall be paid to such Originator in the following manner:
