Common use of Payment for the Purchase Clause in Contracts

Payment for the Purchase. (a) The Purchase Price for the Purchase of Receivables in existence as of the close of business on the Initial Cutoff Date (together with all Related Security and all Collections ) from an Originator (other than the Initial Contributed Receivables) shall be payable in full by Buyer to such Originator on the Initial Funding Date, and shall be paid to such Originator in the following manner:

Payment for the Purchase. (a) The Purchase Price for the Purchase of Receivables in existence as of the close of business on the Initial Cutoff Date (together with all Related Security and all Collections ) from an Originator (other than the Initial Contributed Receivables) shall be payable in full by Buyer to such each Originator on the Initial Funding Datedate hereof, and shall be paid to such each Originator in the following manner:

Payment for the Purchase. (a) The Purchase Price for the Purchase of Receivables in existence as of the close of business on the Initial Cutoff Date (together with all Related Security and all Collections ) from an Originator (other than the Initial Contributed Receivables) shall be payable in full by Buyer to such Originator Agent, for the benefit of Originator, on the Initial Funding Sale Date, and shall be paid to such Originator Agent in the following manner:

Payment for the Purchase. (a) The Purchase Price for the Purchase from each Originator of its Receivables in existence as of the close of business on the Initial Cutoff Date (together with all Related Security and all Collections ) from an Originator (other than the Initial Contributed Receivables) shall be payable in full by Buyer to such Originator on the Initial Funding Datedate hereof, and shall be paid to such Originator the Originators in the following manner:
