The 'Payment for Supervision' clause establishes the obligation for one party to compensate another for supervisory services rendered during a project or contract. Payment for Supervision. The supervision of co-curricular activities of the District occurring within the District shall be distributed and assigned as equally as administratively possible through the certificated personnel within each building. Middle School and High School supervision of after school activities in the District shall be paid according to Appendix D. Teachers, spouse and school age children or younger shall be allowed free admittance to the Tri-Valley sponsored school activities involving Tri-Valley students, excluding parent or student fund-raising projects. The supervision of co-curricular activities of the District occurring outside the District shall be apportioned on a voluntary basis and/or assigned as equally as administratively possible among six (6) to twelve (12) certificated personnel with compensation paid according to Appendix D., payable monthly following submission of request. Administrative assignments shall be scheduled with reasonable advance notice. Supervisors of detentions shall be paid according to Appendix D.
