Payment for Cleaning. 19. Should the Lessee use the cleaning service stipulated by the Lessor, the Lessor will cause the person providing the cleaning service to render accounts direct to the Lessee for the cost (if any) of cleaning the Premises. The Lessee will pay such accounts within 15 Working Days of receipt of them. All other cleaning costs will form part of the Outgoings. Signs 20 The Lessee will not at any time allow any sign to be displayed which refers to any closing down of the business or expiration or determination of this Lease.
