PAYMENT DIFFICULTY. If you encounter problems with the payment of invoices you can approach the President/Treasurer to discuss those matters 'in confidence'. You will be treated with impartiality. If the year is not completed and you have indicated that you are leaving the Club, you are obliged to pay fees, costume amounts and any other expenses incurred by the club on the participant’s behalf, as determined by the President and Treasurer.
