Common use of Payment Date Instructions Clause in Contracts

Payment Date Instructions. The Note Valuation Report shall constitute instructions to the Trustee to withdraw on the related Payment Date from the Payment Account and pay or transfer the amounts set forth in the Note Valuation Report in the manner specified in, and in accordance with the Priority of Payments.
