Payment Date Instructions. The Note Valuation Report referred to in Section 10.05(b) shall constitute instructions to the Trustee to withdraw on or before the Payment Date relating to such Note Valuation Report the available funds from the Collection Account and make the payments set forth in the Note Valuation Report in the manner specified, and in accordance with the Priority of Payments established in Section 11.01.
