Common use of Payment Collection Clause in Contracts

Payment Collection. Payments for the School District shall be made payable to the Wheatland-Chili Central School District and mailed to the School District, c/o the Business Office, located at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Scottsville, NY 14546 and are due no later than September 15th of each year (the “Payment Collection Date”) following completion of installation of the Project. All late payments shall accrue interest at the statutory rate for late tax payments under New York Law. The Owner shall pay the reasonable attorney fees, court and other costs incurred by the School District in the collection of the unpaid amounts. All payments by the Owner hereunder shall be paid in lawful money of the United States of America.
