Payment by the Project Proponent Sample Clauses

Payment by the Project Proponent. If Project Co defaults in the payment of any of the costs or charges referred to in clause 5.2, the Project Proponent may (without limiting any other rights and remedies of the Project Proponent) pay the costs or charges, and any amount paid by the Project Proponent will be a debt due and payable from Project Co to the Project Proponent or the State.
