Payment below Clause Samples

The 'Payment below' clause defines the terms and conditions under which payments are to be made in a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines the amount, timing, and method of payment, as well as any conditions that must be met before payment is due. For example, it may specify that payment will be made within 30 days of invoice receipt or upon completion of certain milestones. The core function of this clause is to ensure both parties have a clear understanding of their financial obligations, thereby reducing the risk of disputes related to payment timing or amounts.
