Payment Before Settlement. The Guarantor must pay the Seller the Balance Purchase Price on the due dates if required by the Seller irrespective of whether the Contract has been completed or title has been transferred to the Buyer. Upon such payment the Seller will transfer the Property to the Buyer in accordance with the Contract.
