Common use of Payment and Performance Clause in Contracts

Payment and Performance. Each Credit Party will pay all amounts due under the Loan Documents, to which it is a party, in accordance with the terms thereof and will observe, perform and comply with every covenant, term and condition set forth in the Loan Documents to which it is a party. Borrower will cause each other Restricted Person to observe, perform and comply with every such term, covenant and condition in any Loan Document.

Each Credit Party will pay all amounts due under the Loan Documents, Credit Documents to which it is a party, party in accordance with the terms thereof and will observe, perform and comply with every covenant, term and condition set forth expressed in the Loan Credit Documents to which it is a party.
