Common use of Payees Clause in Contracts

Payees. You may designate payees through the ▇▇▇▇ Payment service. You must provide sufficient information about each payee to properly direct a payment to that payee and permit the payee to identify the correct account to credit your payment. This information may include without limitation, the name and address of the payee and your payee account number. The payee must have a U.S. payment address that can be verified through the ordinary course of business. Occasionally, a payee may choose not to participate in the ▇▇▇▇ Payment service or may require additional information before accepting payments. While we work with these payees to encourage them to accept an electronic or check ▇▇▇▇ payment made through the ▇▇▇▇ Payment service, the payee may not accept such ▇▇▇▇ payments or may not be able to process ▇▇▇▇ payments using the ▇▇▇▇ Payment service. In that event, we may decline to make future payments to this payee, and a notice will be sent to you.
