Payable Obligations Data. The data for Payable Obligations, including but not limited to, description details, pricing and amounts of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bills of laden, purchase order and/or other payment or payment obligation related document or information, shall be determined based on data obtained by Zeconomy from one or more of the following sources: (a) the Customer; (b) the Customer’s suppliers, customers or business partners; (3) Zeconomy’s proprietary database; (4) trusted public data sources and (5) paid research and data services.
