Common use of Payable by the Corporation Clause in Contracts

Payable by the Corporation. The Corporation shall bear the expenses of (i) registering the Shares under the 1933 Act, (ii) qualifying or continuing the qualification of Shares for sale under the laws of such states as may be designated by the Distributor under the conditions herein specified, (iii) qualifying or continuing the qualification of the Corporation as a broker or dealer under the laws of such states as may be designated by the Distributor under the conditions herein specified, and (iv) issuing Shares, such as issue taxes and fees of the transfer agent.
