Common use of PAY WEEK Clause in Contracts

PAY WEEK. The regular pay week shall run from Monday to Sunday inclusively. The Company agrees to pay employees not later than noon on the following Thursday. Effective January 1, 2021, the regular pay week shall run from Monday to Sunday inclusively and will paid every other Friday, with direct deposit. For any pay error of more than eight (8) hours, it will be possible to request an off cycle payroll adjustment. The request must be made before the Monday following the deposit. Thereafter the adjustment will be made within two (2) business days.
