Pay Frequency. Payment of salaries herein established shall be bi-weekly. Each pay period shall begin at 12:01 a.m. Sunday to and including 12:00 midnight Saturday two weeks following. Each payment shall be made not later than the Friday following the ending of each payroll period and shall include payment for all earnings during the previous payroll period. The City will initiate a program for electronic deposit of payroll checks with banks and credit unions whenever possible.

Pay Frequency. Wages for all employees are paid biweekly on or by the Thursday following the end of the pay week. The Employer reserves the right to make alterations to the pay date (the date in which the employee receives his/her paycheck) in the event of an emergency, such as hurricanes, power loss, or damage to the Employer’s locations, or as a result of a holiday, that may impact the processing of pay within the limits of the law.
Pay Frequency. 7.2.1 All employees in the bargaining unit shall be paid once per month, on or before the last working day of the month which the District Office is open for business. If the normal payday falls on a holiday, the paycheck shall be issued on the preceding workday.
Pay Frequency. All certificated employees who have been employed for more 13 than two years in the District, will have the option to be paid on a 12-month pay cycle, 14 consisting of twelve equal paychecks. All employees who opt for this pay cycle, including 15 those currently on a 12-month pay cycle, shall be required to sign an agreement that obligates 16 him/her to repay any salary received in advance of work should he/she terminate their 17 employment prior to the end of a contract year. 18 A form shall be provided to the employee by the Business Services office which shall state 19 these terms. This form must be returned to the Business Services office no later than May 1 20 of the school year prior to the commencement of the 12-month pay cycle. The 12-month pay 21 cycle will begin on July 1 of the following school year and will continue until the employee 22 chooses another option. 1 This agreement shall remain in effect as written unless and until laws and/or conditions change 2 which would no longer allow this procedure and the Association would be immediately
Pay Frequency. All employees in the bargaining unit shall be paid once per month on the last working day of the month based on assigned calendars in Article 3.8.3.5.1. All supplemental payroll checks shall include an explanation of payment.
Pay Frequency. All salaries shall be computed and paid on a biweekly basis. The regular amount of pay shall be the biweekly rate regardless of the number of hours on duty for that period, provided that the employee is on duty as scheduled or is on authorized paid leave.
Pay Frequency. The Town may choose to pay employees on a weekly or biweekly basis, provided that employees are given at least ninety (90) days notice of any change in payment frequency, and provided that such change is made at the same time that other Town employees are affected
