PATTERNS AND TOOLING. Ac / DC Controls Unless otherwise agreed to in writing with Buyer, Seller shall retain title to and possession of all special tooling, patterns and dies whether paid for by Buyer or not, but such special tooling, patterns and dies that are specifically paid for by Buyer will be held by Seller exclusively for the manufacture of Buyer’s Goods for not more than 2 years after the date of Buyer’s last order requiring their use. Seller will exercise reasonable care in handling and storing any tooling, patterns or dies specifically paid for by Buyer, but Seller shall not be liable for damage or loss thereof.

(iv) Giving of money; or by, or on behalf of Buyer for use by Bradken to manufacture the Products:
15.1 All Patterns and Tooling required to manufacture the Products shall be furnished by Buyer or paid for by ▇▇▇▇▇ as set forth in this Article 15.
15.2 Bradken shall have no responsibility and will not be liable for any non- conformity of the Patterns and Tooling, drawings or specifications for the Products furnished by Buyer.
15.3 Buyer warrants that any Buyer-supplied Patterns and Tooling will comply with

Buyer shall timely supply at its expense any patterns, tooling, and drawings (collectively, the “Tooling”) to Ramco which are necessary and/or appropriate to produce the Goods hereunder. Ramco shall not have any indemnification obligation to Buyer with respect to any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of the Tooling by Ramco. Further, Ramco shall not be required to maintain insurance covering the Tooling and Buyer assumes all risk of loss with respect to all Tooling supplied to Ramco hereunder.
PATTERNS AND TOOLING a) Buy er shall strictly comply with such import and re-export restrictions and other applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders as shall f rom time to time be adopted or imposed by the gov ernment of Canada and all other applicable countries, if any.
b) Buy er represents and warrants that it shall not use any Products, including sof tware and/or technology relating thereto, provided by Seller to Buyer under this Agreement for the purposes of disturbing international peace and security,
