Patient Concern Processes. The Operator’s patients’ concerns processes shall be coordinated with Capital Health’s district patients’ concerns processes to the extent reasonably practicable and at a minimum all patients’ concerns in relation to the provision of the Services shall be communicated to Capital Health’s Coordinator, Surgical Waitlists as soon as is practicable in the circumstances and in any event not later than 24 hours after such concern is expressed.
