Pathologists’ Fee. Veracyte shall pay Pathologists for each specimen according to the fee schedule attached hereto as Exhibit E. Pathologists shall be paid within sixty (60) days after the end of the calendar month in which Pathologists complete the Services. Veracyte may ▇▇▇▇ patients and/or their third party payors, and payment to Pathologists is not contingent upon Veracyte’s receipt of payment.
