Patent Pools. TWC shall not, and shall cause its TWC Related Entities not to, seek any reduction in fees (or refund of previously paid fees) with respect to IP Rights that are included in an open (i.e., open to potential licensees) patent licensing consortium or pool by reason of the licenses granted under this Agreement.
