Patent Errors. The Members hereby authorize and direct the Manager to correct patent errors and to fill in any blanks, which blanks shall not be substantive to the terms hereof, in this Agreement or in any exhibit, instrument, document or agreement related hereto and to attach hereto or thereto any exhibits or schedules which are a part hereof or thereof.
