Patent-Copyright-Trademark. (a) The Executive agrees to make prompt and complete disclosure to the Corporation of any (i) invention, discovery, or improvement (“Invention”), whether patentable or not and (ii) copyrightable material, which relate to the Business of SMART Group and which is made, conceived, or authored by the Executive, alone or with others, during the term of employment and, with respect to an Invention, for one (1) year following the cessation of employment.
