Patch session Clause Samples

Patch session. There may be a patch recording session for a minimum duration of thirty (30) minutes and a maximum duration of ninety (90) minutes, but only if the session is planned and begins within forty-five (45) minutes after the live recording of a concert. The musician is remunerated in thirty- (30-) minute increments according to the duration of the patch session. The OSM shall pay the fee set forth in the table below, in addition to the musician’s stipulated remuneration for the stage performance.
