Patch Maintenance Clause Samples

The Patch Maintenance clause outlines the responsibilities for applying software updates and patches to maintain system security and functionality. Typically, it requires the service provider or software vendor to regularly monitor for new patches, promptly apply critical updates, and inform the client of any significant changes or downtime associated with maintenance. This clause ensures that software remains protected against vulnerabilities and continues to operate efficiently, thereby reducing the risk of security breaches and system failures.
