The PASTURES clause defines the rights and responsibilities related to the use and maintenance of pasture land within an agreement. Typically, it outlines who may graze animals, the permitted types and numbers of livestock, and any obligations for upkeep or restoration of the land. This clause ensures that the pasture is used sustainably and helps prevent disputes over land use, thereby protecting both the landowner’s and the user’s interests.
PASTURES. Those areas within The Gates at Hilton are reserved for use by The Society to graze animals.
PASTURES the category composition includes hayfields (agricultural land that is systematically used for haymaking (GOST 26640-85), including areas evenly covered by wood and shrub vegetation by up to 20% of the plot) and pastures (agricultural land that is systematically used for grazing (GOST 26640-85) evenly covered with wood and shrubvegetation by up to 20% of the plot), defined by the forms Nos. 11-earth, 12-earth, 15-earth, 16-earth ), and ot her lands, which is 25 % and more covered by tree, shrubor grassvegetation, and are not included in other land-use categories.
PASTURES. Guests are not to climb in, on, around, or through pasture fencing for the purpose of gaining access to the livestock or pastures for any reason.
