Common use of Past IP Dispositions Clause in Contracts

Past IP Dispositions. Seller has not assigned or otherwise transferred ownership of, or agreed to assign or otherwise transfer ownership of, any Intellectual Property that comprises Business Intellectual Property owned by Seller to any other Person.

Past IP Dispositions. Since January 1, 2005, the Seller has not assigned or otherwise transferred ownership of, or agreed to assign or otherwise transfer ownership of, any Intellectual Property that comprises Right related to the Business Intellectual Property owned by Seller to any other Person.
