Passing Off. Passing off is a legally defined term. It can apply: (i) where someone deliberately or unintentionally promotes goods or services (whether or not a fee is involved) belonging to someone else as their own, or: (ii) where someone deliberately or unintentionally offers goods or services (whether or not a fee is involved) which could mislead someone to believe they have been produced by someone else they are familiar with. This means that if you use any Intuitive Intelligence® Training materials and omit ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ name and/or include your own name, or you offer something that appears to be from Intuitive Intelligence® Training, this is considered as ‘passing off’.
