PASSENGER LOADING SPECIFICATIONS. At no time will the number of students in any vehicle exceed the manufacturer’s passenger loading specifications or any applicable government licensing regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, under no circumstances will any student be required or permitted to stand while the vehicle is in motion.
