Passbook. A Passbook may also be provided upon the request of the Client. The use of the Passbook is governed by the PostaPay&Save Payment Account Passbook Terms and Conditions. These may be obtained from any Lombard Bank branch, Post Office branch or from the Website.

Passbook. The Client agrees to update the passbook at least once every 30 days and examine all Account entries and balances at that time;
Passbook. The Undersigned agrees that he/she/it may agree with the Bank on whether or not to issue a passbook during the account opening process. If the Undersigned (or its authorized person) agrees to use an account with a passbook, when doing transactions at the counters of the Bank, he/she/it agrees that such transactions may be handled without the passbook being presented, and that he/she/it may update his/her/its passbook subsequently. The Undersigned who agrees to use an account with a passbook agrees that a third party may present the passbook and seal of the Undersigned to enter into the transactions at the Bank, and record the transactions in the passbook after the transactions are completed or update the passbook at the Bank subsequently. During the update of the passbook, if the passbook is used up, the Undersigned agrees that the Bank may issue a new passbook, and deliver the new passbook to a third party who updates the passbook for him/her/it to take away. The Undersigned understands that there is a risk associated with the disclosure of the account information when a third party is commissioned to perform the passbook update or when a third party is authorized to enter into transactions with the Bank. The Undersigned also agrees that in view of risk control, the Bank may (but is not obligated to) inform the Undersigned under any circumstances mentioned above and may also refuse to perform transactions or passbook updated for any third party.

  • Sick Bank The purpose of the Sick Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) is to provide sick leave to contributors to the Bank after their accumulated leave has been exhausted and, more specifically, to provide such leave from the Bank in cases of prolonged illnesses. The Bank rules and guidelines are as follows:

  • Debit Card If approved, you may use your card to purchase goods and services from participating merchants. However, you may not use your card to initiate any type of gambling transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. You agree that you will not use your card for any transaction that is illegal under applicable federal, state, or local law. Funds to cover your card purchases will be deducted from your Savings and Checking account. For one-time debit card transactions, you must consent to the Credit Union’s overdraft protection plan in order for the transaction amount to be covered under the plan. Without your consent, the Credit Union may not authorize and pay an overdraft resulting from these types of transactions. Services and fees for overdrafts are shown in the document the Credit Union uses to capture the member’s opt-in choice for overdraft protection and the Schedule of Fees and Charges. For other types of transactions, if the balance in your account is not sufficient to pay the transaction amount, the Credit Union may pay the amount and treat the transaction as a request to transfer funds from other deposit accounts or approved overdraft protection accounts that you have established with the Credit Union. If you initiate a transaction that overdraws your account, you agree to make immediate payment of any overdrafts together with any service charges to the Credit Union. In the event of repeated overdrafts, the Credit Union may terminate all services under this Agreement. You may use your card and personal identification number (PIN) in ATMs of the Credit Union, ACCEL, NYCE, PLUS networks, and such other machines or facilities as the Credit Union may designate. At the present time, you may also use your card to:  Make deposits to your savings and checking accounts.  Withdraw funds from your savings and checking accounts.  Transfer funds from your savings and checking accounts.  Obtain balance information for your savings and checking accounts.  Make point-of-sale (POS) transactions with your card and personal identification number (PIN) to purchase goods or services at merchants that accept Visa.  Order goods or services online, by mail or telephone from places that accept Visa. The following limitations on Debit Card transactions may apply:  There is no limit on the number of Debit Card purchases you make per day.  Purchase amounts are limited to the amount in your account.  You may purchase up to a maximum of $3,500.00 per day.  You may withdraw up to a maximum of $600.00 in any one (1) day from an ATM machine, which also includes any point-of-sale (POS) transactions (PIN based), if there are sufficient funds in your account.  You may transfer up to the available balance in your accounts at the time of the transfer.  See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. Audio Response. If we approve Audio Response for your accounts, a separate personal identification number (PIN) will be assigned to you. You must use your personal identification number (PIN) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time, you may use Audio Response to:  Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts.  Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts.  Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, money market, and certificate accounts.  Make loan payments from your savings and checking accounts.  Determine if a particular item has cleared.  Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Audio Response via a touch-tone telephone only. Audio Response service will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. The following limitations on Audio Response transactions may apply:  There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day.  See “transfer limitations” that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

  • Bank The Buyer (a) is a national bank or banking institution organized under the laws of any State, territory or the District of Columbia, the business of which is substantially confined to banking and is supervised by the State or territorial banking commission or similar official or is a foreign bank or equivalent institution, and (b) has an audited net worth of at least $25,000,000 as demonstrated in its latest annual financial statements, a copy of which is attached hereto.

  • Accounts In any litigation or arbitration proceedings arising out of or in connection with a Finance Document, the entries made in the accounts maintained by a Finance Party are prima facie evidence of the matters to which they relate.

  • Deposit Accounts As of the date hereof, no Pledgor has any Deposit Accounts other than the accounts listed in Schedule 13 to the Perfection Certificate. Assuming the due execution of Deposit Account Control Agreements, the Administrative Agent has a first priority security interest in each such Deposit Account (other than Excluded Accounts), which security interest is perfected by Control. Each Pledgor shall establish and maintain one or more Deposit Accounts into which such Pledgor shall promptly deposit, and shall direct each Fiscal Intermediary or other Third Party Payor, in accordance with applicable law, including, without limitation, the Medicare and Medicaid regulations, to directly remit, all payments in respect of any Medicare Accounts or Medicaid Accounts (the “Medicare and Medicaid Accounts”). Such Medicare and Medicaid Accounts shall be under the sole control of the applicable Pledgor; provided that, except with respect to the SunTrust Deposit Accounts, on each Business Day the Pledgors shall remit, or authorize, direct and instruct the depository banks at which such separate deposit accounts are maintained to remit, by federal funds wire transfer all funds received or deposited into such deposit accounts (to the extent such funds are available funds) to one of the Deposit Accounts subject to the Administrative Agent’s Control. Upon request of the Administrative Agent, the applicable Pledgor shall remit all available funds from each SunTrust Deposit Account by federal funds wire transfer to a Deposit Account subject to the Administrative Agent’s Control. No Pledgor shall hereafter establish and maintain any Deposit Account (other than Excluded Accounts) unless (1) it shall have given the Administrative Agent 30 days’ prior written notice of its intention to establish such new Deposit Account with a Bank, (2) such Bank shall be reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and (3) such Bank and such Pledgor shall have duly executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent a Deposit Account Control Agreement with respect to such Deposit Account. The Administrative Agent agrees with each Pledgor that the Administrative Agent shall not give any instructions directing the disposition of funds from time to time credited to any Deposit Account (other than Excluded Accounts) or withhold any withdrawal rights from such Pledgor with respect to funds from time to time credited to any Deposit Account (other than Excluded Accounts) unless an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing. Each Pledgor agrees that once the Administrative Agent sends an instruction or notice to a Bank exercising its Control over any Deposit Account (other than Excluded Accounts) such Pledgor shall not give any instructions or orders with respect to such Deposit Account including, without limitation, instructions for distribution or transfer of any funds in such Deposit Account. No Pledgor shall grant Control of any Deposit Account to any person other than the Administrative Agent.

  • Credit Card If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to provide your credit card information and will be presented with a screen that reflects the amount of your subscription, the amount of fees that would be charged by the credit card issuer for the transaction and the total amount payable.

  • International Processing 8.1. Conditions for International Processing SAP shall be entitled to process Personal Data, including by using Subprocessors, in accordance with this DPA outside the country in which the Customer is located as permitted under Data Protection Law.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept MasterCard cards located within FLORA shopping mall(s). It is designed for use only within this limited network of shops and retail locations where You are physically present. Like any payment card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – please check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if You are unsure.

  • Lockbox The Secured Party may, by notice to the Debtor, require the Debtor to direct each of its account debtors to make payment directly to a special lockbox to be under the control of the Secured Party. The Debtor hereby authorizes and directs the Secured Party to deposit all checks, drafts and cash payments received in said lockbox into the collateral account established as set forth above.
