Pass on notices Clause Samples
The "Pass on notices" clause requires a party to promptly forward any official communications, notifications, or legal notices they receive that are relevant to another party under the agreement. In practice, this means if one party receives a notice from a third party—such as a regulatory authority or subcontractor—that affects the other party’s rights or obligations, they must relay that information without undue delay. This clause ensures that all parties remain informed of important developments, reducing the risk of missed deadlines or unaddressed issues due to lack of communication.
