Party’s Names. Except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement as agreed in writing between the Parties, or required by any applicable law. regulation or order of an administrative agency or court of competent jurisdiction, neither Party shall use the name of the other Party or of the other Party’s directors, officers or employees in any advertising, news release or other publication.
