Party Services. The Application may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services ("Third-Party Services"). You acknowledge and agree that ArfSaysTheDog shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality or any other aspect thereof. ArfSaysTheDog does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services. Third-Party Services and links thereto are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk and subject to such third parties' terms and conditions. Limitation and Liability Under no circumstances shall ArfSaysTheDog or its affliates, partners, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access or use of or inability to access or use the application and any third party content and services, whether or not the damages were foreseeable and whether or not ArfSaysTheDog was advised of the possibility of such damages. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ArfSaysTheDog's aggregate liability to you (whether under contract, tort, statute or otherwise) shall not exceed the amount of one cent ($0.01). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
