Common use of Party Services Clause in Contracts

Party Services. The Service Provider’s provision of Software may be supported by third party services and thus subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of such third party services. Any terms and conditions applicable for the use of third party services for the provision of Software shall also apply between the Service Provider and the Customer as part of this Agreement. It is the responsibility of the Service Provider to inform the Customer of the third party services used and all terms and conditions applicable from time to time for such third party services shall be made available to the Customer.
