Party Names. Landlord and Tenant may be used in various places in this Lease as a substitute for Lessor and Lessee respectively.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, nothing shall prohibit the parties from using the name “Xxxxx” or any confusingly similar name, in the case of the Buyer, and any Company Names, in the case of Seller, to identify the other party in factually accurate textual references referencing the historical relationship between the parties, in each case, in accordance with Section 7.6.
