Party Marks. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, following the Closing, PPLP, Oryx and the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to determine appropriate branding for the Company and its subsidiaries, and, to the extent mutually agreed among such parties, remove any legacy Marks that are inconsistent with such branding.
