Party Marks. NVDI and XOMA shall each retain sole and exclusive ownership of their own respective and independently developed and/or pre-existing trademarks, trade names, service marks and trade dress, regardless of whether such trademarks, trade names, service marks and trade dress are used on or in connection with any Collaboration Product, Resumed Product, NVDI Ongoing Product, XOMA Ongoing Product or Reactivated Product.
