Common use of PARTNERSHIP TAX RETURN Clause in Contracts

PARTNERSHIP TAX RETURN. In lieu of the reports required by Sections 14.1 and 14.3, the General Partner may, in its discretion, cause to be delivered to the Limited Partner a copy of the federal Partnership return for each year, within thirty (30) days after such return has been filed.
