Common use of PARTNERSHIP DISTRIBUTIONS Clause in Contracts

PARTNERSHIP DISTRIBUTIONS. In its capacity as general partner of the Partnership, the General Partner is entitled to its distributable share (40% before dilution) of Partnership Cash Flow, Partnership Sales Proceeds and Partnership Refinancing Proceeds as provided by the Partnership Agreement. See "Summary of the Partnership Agreement - Profits, Losses and Distributions" and the Partnership Agreement attached as Appendix A.

PARTNERSHIP DISTRIBUTIONS. In its capacity as general partner of the Partnership, the General Partner is entitled to its distributable share (4041.62% before dilution) of Partnership Cash Flow, Partnership Sales Proceeds and Partnership Refinancing Proceeds as provided by the Partnership Agreement. PARTNERSHIP DISTRIBUTIONS. In its capacity as general partner of the Partnership, the General Partner is entitled to its distributable share (40% 18.6%, before dilution) of Partnership Cash Flow, Partnership Sales Proceeds and Partnership Refinancing Proceeds as provided by the Partnership Agreement. The General Partner also owns a 15.81% (before dilution) limited partner interest in the Partnership, and is entitled to Distributions on account of such interest.
