Common use of PARTNERSHIP COMMITMENT Clause in Contracts

PARTNERSHIP COMMITMENT. The PARTIES recognize the dedicated, professional, and concerned employees of the West Point Fire and Emergency Services Division as the means of providing effective and ever-improving fire and emergency services. The PARTIES seek to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a continuing attitude of cooperation in the workplace and to establish a work environment which encourages innovation and flexibility. It is the intention of the PARTIES to maintain a safe, healthy, and quality workplace, where people are treated fairly and equitably. The PARTIES affirm to respect each other and work together to accomplish the EMPLOYER’s mission. Both the EMPLOYER and the UNION recognize that, while we have many common interests, we may also have legitimate differences, which must be respected and understood. The EMPLOYER and the UNION resolve not to let specific disagreements affect their positive relationship and this partnership.
