Partnership Auditor Sample Clauses
The Partnership Auditor clause designates a specific individual or entity responsible for representing the partnership in tax matters before the IRS and other tax authorities. This clause typically outlines the auditor's authority to make binding decisions on behalf of the partnership regarding audits, tax adjustments, and related proceedings. By clearly assigning this role, the clause ensures efficient management of tax audits and compliance, reducing confusion and potential disputes among partners about who has the authority to act in these situations.
