Partner. A husband, wife or civil partner or someone who lives with you as a husband or wife, or in a same sex relationship. Possession order A court order to evict you. The property This includes your home (the address of which is detailed on the front of this tenancy agreement) and all land, buildings, fixtures, fittings, fences, xxxxxx and walls which are a part of it.
