PARTNER PAYOUTS. 5.1. The Company calculates and pays Partner payouts based on the current Bonus Plan, as described in this Agreement. 5.2. The Company's obligations regarding payouts shall be deemed fulfilled once the Partner receives the payout via the method specified in Clause 5.3. If the Partner disagrees with the transferred amount, they must send a notification to ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ via email within five (5) business days after receiving the payout. If the notification period expires, the Partner forfeits the right to dispute the payout. 5.3. Bonus payouts are processed using the payment method deemed most appropriate by the Company, in accordance with its internal policies and applicable laws. The preferred payment method is a transfer to the electronic wallet specified in the Partner's Personal Account. The paid amount includes any fees related to money transfers or currency conversion. The Partner acknowledges that such fees may be up to 10% of the Partner's payouts. 5.4. If the Company detects any suspicious activity related to the Partner’s account or any other account accessible to the Partner, the Company may, at its discretion, delay payouts for up to thirty (30) days to conduct an investigation. 5.5. If the investigation reveals any fraudulent activities, including but not limited to spam, false advertising, use of stolen credit cards, collusion, falsification of services, systems, bonuses, or advertisements, or any unauthorized use of accounts, copyrights, or third-party trademarks intended to deceive, regardless of the damage caused, the Company reserves the right to: • Suspend the Partner’s account without issuing payouts. • Take additional protective measures as deemed necessary. 5.6. The Company has the right to delay or cancel Partner payouts in the following cases: • If there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Partner’s activities violate applicable laws. • If the Partner’s actions violate the terms of this Partnership Agreement, the Code of Ethics, or the User Agreement. • If the Partner fails to provide the documents and/or information requested by the Company within the required timeframe. • If a third party informs the Company of misconduct, dishonesty, or unprofessional behavior by the Partner. • If the Partner makes an error in using their Partner Link. • If the Partner fails to communicate with their manager or a Company representative for more than two weeks after receiving a Company request. • If payouts to the Partner’s specified a...
